Oops ... I forgot to check the TV schedule first. The second Presidential debate is on Friday night, so that trumps free pizza. Perhaps people would be willing to put off free pizza and this bonus edition of Freethought Theatre to view the debate at (maybe) my place? The last debate was so entertaining that I want to see if Bush's handlers get this one right and prep the goof better.
BTW, the VP debate is this Tuesday, which I plan to watch as well. I am dying to see how that one turns out.

Eh, it isn't like the movie or the pizza is going anywhere. I, however, probably will be, to Sean's, to see "W" make an ass of himself, because I missed it last time....

The debate is this Friday, yes? What time, and are recovering sickies allowed to attend?

I am reluctant to offer up my place as I am recovering from some sort of cold ... I wouldn't want to have the general populus over until I get a chance to clean. THis might be an "every heathen for themselves" kind of debate.

Yeah, I figured it would end up that way. Hopefully I'll find a reasonable place to watch the debate.

I am torn between eating pizza and drinking beer at pizza house with a friend, extending invitations to all yalls to swell our numbers and thus detracting you from politics, and watching the debate myself, especially with a group of friends...and pizza...and beer.( I sense a theme brewing). Now if we are just going to watch independently, I'll probably go to said restaurant and eat pizza and drink beer and try to snag lonely and hungry compatriots to join me in my quest, and the watching of politics be damned! If a group viewing event does coalesce, inform me so I can either attend and bring pizza and beer with me, or alternatively, talk every one there into going to pizza house....for pizza and beer.
And just to make this more worthy of Punching Bag...Republicans are Nazis and Jesus was made of potty!(Which I assume, made it it pretty hard to nail him to the cross)
