Of course the Court refused....this question has been asked and answered in several previous cases which all point in the same general direction of "NO!!" Thus, Moore's action is just an attempt to pester and bitch until he gets what he wants. It's like a 4-year old throwing a temper tantrum. Of course, I would also say that he is overstating the importance of the 10 Commandments in forming our laws and government (as pointed out in last week's meeting). But that is a rant I will save for another day.
