I'm curious about the tofurkey though, even more so because the article said it was "pressed into the shape of a turkey". It just seems...weird. Weird to have a quasi-fowl come out of a mold. Oh, and for the nerds...my mud has the Tofurkey of Death. It lives in the para-elemental plane of soy, roaming with the tofudabeests and the miso elementals. That's not special or relevant or anything, I've just always wanted to have a legitimate reason for using "Tofurkey of Death" in a conversation.

And by the way, Chef Paul Prudholm kicks ass for not enforcing his copyright on turducken. For some reason, the act of wilfully abandoning your intellectual property makes me smile. Plus his meat magic is super-tasty.
