It's not discrimination, merely rather rude and inconsiderate behavior. American Airlines has every right to discipline the guy, as he is representing the company while in uniform. If they end up firing him, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a claim of discrimination from HIM about AA. Once again, well within their rights, but it would make good 700 Club fodder for Robertson and Co.

Oook... its been a while now. Maybe I can constructively talk about this. Ooookay... maybe not. It's just assinine. I'm becoming so beyond sick of all this. You just don't thump to people while you're on the job. You just don't! It's tasteless, inconsiderate, and naieve. My dumbass manager does it all the time at my store, and I am about to scream.
